PURPOSE:To sharpen the directivity of a light radiated from the center of a light emitting indicator, and to improve its indensity by composing the indicator of a lens body, and composing the lens body of a concave lenslike outer periphery, and a convex lenslike nucleus protruding from the center of the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:In a light emitting indicator 2, a lens body 10 is disposed in a through hole 5 formed at a mask plate 4 in which a light emitting chip (LED light emitting element) 6 is disposed, and the body 10 is composed of a concave lenslike periphery 10A and a convex lenslike nucleus 10B protruding from the center of the periphery 10A. The outer diameter R1 of the periphery 10A and the outer diameter R2 of the nucleus 10B are so set to the relationship of R1/4<R2<3R1/4. Thus, a light radiated from a light emitting chip 6 is passed through the periphery 10A, radiated with a directivity of expansion to enlarge a visible angle, and radiated with a sharp directivity passed and condensed through the nucleus 10B protruding at the center of the periphery to improve its intensity. |
