The invention relates to an active current-voltage converter circuit which can be used for DC-independent current measurement for electronic electricity meters. It relies on the principle of transmitting the voltage drop occurring across a measuring resistor by means of a converter. For this purpose, an electronically fault-compensated transformer is used according to the invention.
