PURPOSE:To make a mid sole not to stretch by integrally combining a hard raw material in the mid sole in a net structure and, simultaneously, to make a material into a hard material to endure a force at the time of hang-in by removing the heel part of the mid sole from a moisture-proof structure. CONSTITUTION:A tread part 2 of a non-water-absorptive semihard sheet, a tread part 3 of an unvulcanized rubber sheet and a heat part 4 of a non-water- absorptive hard sheet are set in a moisture-proof structure mid sole forming mold 6 main body in the order of the heel pat 4, the tread parts 2 and 3, a designed upper cover 5 is closed, pressurizing and heating are executed by a presser for vulcanizing, and the vulcanization is executed. After a vulcanizing time passes, the mold is taken out from the pressure, the upper cover 5 is opened, and a semiproduct 7 of the moisture-proof structure mid sole is taken out. On the semi-product 7, a tread part 1 of a non-water-absorptive net structure partial fabric is overlappingly fixed so as not to be dislocated forward, backward, rightward and leftward, and a moisture-proof structure mid sole A is made. As a result, the sole is made into the mid sole not to stretch, and simultaneously, the material is made into the hard material to endure the force at the time of the hang-in. |
