PURPOSE:To attain an excellent operation at an extremely low temperature by disposing plural pieces of Josephson switch circuits with a desired interval along a delay line, connecting the said circuits respectively to each circuit of inductance and resistance in series connection, and supplying a bias current to only arbitrary one of the Josephson switch circuits. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that the bias current is made flow only through the Josephson switch circuit 1 by a switch circuit 70, a two junction quantum interferumeter 20 of the Josephson switch circuit 1 switches into a voltage- supplying status after the lapse of a prescribed time because a trigger signal is inputted, supplying an output current to a Josephson pulse generating circuit 60, and this circuit 60 generates a high-speed pulse signal in its output end 61. In the following cycle, the Josephson switch circuit 2 being selected, thus generated a high-speed pulse signal from the output end 61 is delayed by five ps in comparison with that in the preceeding cycle. In such a way, by sequentially selecting the Josephson switch circuits 1-10 by means of the switch circuit 70, high-speed pulse signals that are delayed by five ps one after another can be generated. |
