PURPOSE:To enable the high speed forming by increasing the cooling effect, by independently arranging a steam flow path and a condensed liquid flow path inside the evaporation part of cooling heat pipe provided inside the fusion extruded resin tubular body. CONSTITUTION:In the apparatus wherein the evaporation part 10A of heat pipe is provided inside the resin tubular body in a fused state extruded from the annular slit 4 of extrusion die 1 and the cooling of the resin tubular body 6A is promoted, the steam flow path 14 and the condensed liquid path 13 are independently provided. That is to say, the tubular divider wall body 12 with a fixed wall thick is provided in the evaporation part 10A, the condensed liquid path 13 of wonking medium of heat pump being provided at the central part thereof, and the steam flow path 14 of working medium is formed between the evaporation part 10A of outer peripheral surface of the divider wall body 12 and the inner peripheral surface of it. The condensed liquid 15 descends inside the condensed liquid flow path 13, and the flow of steam 16 ascends inside the steam flow path 14. |
