PURPOSE:To prevent a transformer from overloading at the time of closed loop of both banks and a loop current from increasing by closing a changeover switch when a load of one bank is switched to the other bank, and then opening a primary cutout of one bank. CONSTITUTION:Primary cutouts PCU-PCW are respectively connected to phases U-W of power distribution liens L of high voltage side of transformers Tra, Trb provided at both banks A, B. A series circuit of a changeover switch S and a low voltage transformer Tr with a switching tap is connected between low voltage sides of both the banks A, B by using a bypass cable K. After the switch S is closed, if the cutouts PCU-PCW of one bank are sequentially opened, loads are switched. Thus, it can prevent a loop current from increasing due to the reactor of the transformer Tr with the tap and the transformer from overloading. |
