CONSTITUTION:A cutting edge 5 and notching edge 6 are moved in -Y axial direction, a notching edge 8 and cutting edge 7 in +Y axial direction, the cutting edges 5, 7 are crossed on an X axis and the tip of a wire 3 is cut.
