A portable computer (1) has a keyboard (6) and a display unit (3) mounted to a base unit (2). The bottom plate (15) of the base unit (2) includes a front bottom portion (16) and a rear bottom portion (17) angled relative to the front bottom portion (16). A printed circuit board (20) is mounted on the bottom plate (15) of the base unit (2). The printed circuit board (20) has a front portion (200a) and rear portion (200b). Holders (30) are respectively attached to the right and left edge portions (20a, 20b) of the printed circuit board (20). The holders (30) hold the printed circuit board (20) for locating the front portion (200a) on the front bottom portion (16) and the rear portion (200b) on the rear bottom portion (17). The holders (30) and the printed circuit board (20) are secured to the bottom plate (15) of the base unit (2) by screws (25).
