PURPOSE:To improve the convenience by operating a control means in a state during charge in which power consumption is not a serious problem even when the power is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:When an oscillation control means 19 detects it that a power switch 16 is opened, the oscillation control means 19 stops the oscillation of a CPU 13 to reduce the power consumption by the CPU 13. On the other hand, when the oscillation control means 19 detects it that the power switch 16 is closed, the oscillation control means 19 starts the oscillation of the CPU 13, which makes normal operation. Furthermore, in the oscillation stop of the CPU 13 due to the turned-off of the power switch 16, when a charge detection means 18 detects the charge input to a charge battery 14, the oscillation control means 19, starts the oscillation of the CPU 13 the same when the power switch 10 is closed to apply required operation. Thus, the convenience is improved and the fault due to overcharge is prevented. |
