发明名称 CHARGING STRUCTURE FOR MAGNETIC LEVITATION CARRIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an electrical connector and to eliminate the possibility where the electrical connector will be a dust source in a clean room by constituting a part of rail at a charging station of a charging terminal connected with an external power supply. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic rail 1 is partially composed of electrical contacts 5, 6, isolated from other part through an insulator 12, where the contacts 5, 6 are connected, respectively, with the positive and negative poles of a charger 7. A levitation magnet 2 is also isolated through the insulator 12 in order to prevent short circuit of rails through the body when the magnet 2 is attracted to the rail. Furthermore, carrier side positive and negative charging contacts 3, 4, contacting with the contacts 5, 6 upon attraction of a carrier to the rail, are arranged at the upper part of the body so that they face with the contacts 5, 6 upon stoppage of the carrier at a charging station.
