Admixture for cement-based products characterized in that it is obtained by the combination of at least three products belonging respectively to the following families: an anionic water reducing agent (agent A); a nonionic water-insoluble surface agent (agent B), having a low molecular weight or non polymerized; a water-soluble or dispersible surface agent (agent C). This admixture is particularly interesting for its numerous properties, particularly its excellent workability during a long period of time without deterioration of the mechanical strength characteristics, and the water-repellent character of the set products.
