The apparatus includes a shift register/counter (130) for counting thermal data of respective radiating bodies to output radiation control signals to the respective radiating bodies. A buffer (132) buffers the radiation control signals of the shift register/counter (130), and a radiation body array (134) includes a plurality of radiating bodies. A transistor array (136) is switched by base signals, and forms current loops for the respective radiating bodies. A gate array (138) gates radiation control signals of a latching circuit (132) to the bases of the transistors of the transistor array (136). The invention improves the picture quality and reduces instantaneous power.
