The input voltage of 100 V and 220 V are automatically selected by a mechanical structure of the switch. Which includes a pair of 110 V terminals (1,1') and a pair of 220 V terminals (2,2'). One 110 V terminal and one 220 V terminal are connected to one end of transformer, the other terminal of 110 V is switched to center tap of the transformer and the other terminal of 220 V is switched to the other end of the transformer. The contact of terminals to the tap of the transformer is decided by mechanical structure of the plug and type of socket. |
