<p>PURPOSE:To achieve uniformity of a stress for a part to be measured when a pressurizable cuff mounted at the part to be measured is pressurized. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizable cuff 30 is provided with light transmitting surfaces 35 and 36 which transmits infrared rays through an infrared sensor section 10 and a mounting part for mounting the infrared sensor section 10 on a surface opposite to the surface which opposes to the measuring part when the pressurizable cuff 30 is mounted at the measuring part. When the pressurizable cuff 30 is mounted at the measuring part, the infrared sensor section 10 is mounted through the pressurizable cuff 30.</p> |
