Soybean powder is prepd. by (a) selecting soybean from tank (102) with selector (106), (b) heating the selected soybean in heater (112) and separating the grain from the peel in 1st peeler (115), (b) cutting the obtd. grain into two in cutter (116) and moving into separator (117), (d) peeling the grain in 2nd peepler (122), (e) steaming the peeled soybean grain, drying and crude pulverizing, and (f) drying the obtd. powder and re-pulverizing to obtain the final product (300 mesh). The obtd. soybean powder is useful for the prodn. of food, cosmetic etc.. |
