PURPOSE:To achieve a compact, light, and space-saving drive control device for a power compressor for an electric automobile by using a common flywheel diode to a charging rectifier and a power compressor drive unit. CONSTITUTION:A switch 2 is provided in a DC line for performing switching between a charging power regulator 1 and the DC line, a mode for putting a power transistor off at the time of charging is provided at a controller 8, and a flywheel diode 10 is used commonly for a charging rectifier 15 and a power compressor drive unit 11.
