The method serves a number of subscribers joined in one switchboard to join in another switchboard by group unit when they are moving simultaneously, to improve the reliability and speed of joining. The method includes the 1st process for transferring a system to a waiting stage for the number of group and node when a group joining key is inputted, the 2nd process for storing the number of group and node and transferring the system to a password code waiting stage, the 3rd process for transferring the system to an information waiting stage when a password code is inputted, and the 4th process for transferring the system to a confirming message waiting stage.
