TWO-ROLL DIFFERENTIAL CURVATURE-VARYING NUMERICAL CONTROL ROLLING MACHINE AND USING METHOD THEREFOR

A two-roll differential curvature-varying numerical control rolling machine comprises a machine frame (8), an upper roll shaft (1), a lower roll shaft (2), an upper driving device (4), a lower driving device (11), and a numerical control device (7). The upper roll shaft (1) and the lower roll shaft (2) are mounted on the machine frame (8) in parallel. The upper driving device (4) controls rotation of the upper roll shaft (1), and the lower driving device (11) controls rotation of the lower roll shaft (2). Also disclosed is a method for using the two-roll differential curvature-varying numerical control rolling machine. The difference between the linear speeds of the two roll shafts can be adjusted by adjusting the linear speeds of an upper roll and a lower roll, and a needed curvature is formed in any section in the length direction of a plate. The rolling machine has a simple structure and is operated in a numerical control manner, and curvature-varying shaping is implemented in any section.
