The hot melt-fusion tape for coating a dressmaking line is manufactured by (a) coating a dissolved organic solution contg. dry polyurethane resin, light-stabilizer, heat-stabilizer and oxidization stabilizer on the releasing paper, and drying the coated material to form a substrate layer of 10-25 m, (b) coating the dissolved solution having 20-25g/10min melt flow index on the substrate layer, and drying the coated material to form an adhesive layer of 30-60 m, and (c) exfoliating the releasing paper.
