Sepn. of individual constituents of a mixt. is carried out by two immiscible relatively moving auxiliary materials, one being a stationary phase located in a sample chamber and being eluted by the mobile mixt.-collecting phase, the mixt. being sepd. as a result of the different retardation of motion of its individual constituents in the movement direction.An electric field is generated perpendicular to the mixt. movement direction and within the sample chamber (1). The individual constituents are withdrawn at sample chamber wall regions which are offset in the direction of the electric field lines and which lie opposite the inlet side of the sample chamber (1).
