The invention relates to a miniature electronic tag comprising a metal plate (1) acting as support and on which is arranged an integrated memory circuit (4). The integrated circuit has two connection lines providing for the supply, reading and even the writing in the memory. The first line is connected to the metal plate and the second line is connected to a central metallization (16) which may be reached through an opening (2) provided in said metal plate (1). It is thus possible to access the memory by means of a coaxial probe. |
