The radiator assembly includes a second polishing rod shifter having a vibrating motor to minutely vibrate up and down and back and forth, and a first polishing rod shifter having another vibrating motor to minutely vibrate up and down and back and forth and for inserting a copper pipe into a unit fin hole along with the second polishing rod shifter. Easy assembling reduces the production cost and increases the reliability.
