LASER ELECTRICS CIRCUIT ARTWORKING METHOD AND APPARATUS

The method makes use of laser beams to get a fine PCB film by drawing circuits directly on the film, and uses thermal resistent silver layered film as a base film to protect the film against laser beam's high energy. To draw a circuits: beams from a laser beam generator (7) are precisely adjusted through an output control unit (10) and are focused under 0.1 mm focus diameter with a beam expanding mirror (8) and an F-&thgr; focus lens (12); a laser controller (13) stored with circuit drawing data and connected with a beam on/off unit (11) and a galvanometer (9) equipped with two rotating reflection mirrors. The divice obtains a wanted circuit diagram by selectively eliminating the upper layer of a film (17) on a working bench(16).
