<p>In a hydraulic motor including a cylinder bounded by a first cylindrical surface (26), the invention relates to a piston (30) sliding within the cylinder, and exhibiting a second cylindrical surface (33-34) located facing the first cylindrical surface, the piston having a groove (36) receiving a sealing member (37) located between this piston and the first cylindrical surface, the second cylindrical surface of the piston comprising first (33) and second (34) parts located on either side of the groove (36), the first part (33) exhibiting radial dimensions (D26) of the first cylindrical surface (26) and constituting a guide element, and the second part (34) exhibiting radial dimensions (D34) which are less than those (D26) of the first part (33). According to the invention, a second cylinder (28) is formed in the cylinder block and has radial dimensions (D28) less than those (D26) of the first cylinder, and the piston comprises a second piston body (31) mounted so that it can slide in the second cylinder, constituting a complementary element for guiding the sliding.
