The sensing head has a spatial spring system which carries a sensing pin (3) displaceable parallel wrt. itself in all three spatial directions. The spatial displacement of the sensing ball (4) is measured by sensors. The sensing pin is mounted on three corrugated tube springs (5) or similar torsionally stiff and elastically displaceable elements, whose axes do not lie in one plane. The axes of the springs lie on the surface of a cone and symmetrical to the axis of the cone.
