The invention relates to a cooling machine (1) having a cooling cycle (6) in which coolant circulates, which cooling cycle (6) comprises: 1) an evaporator (7) 2) a compressor (9) 3) a condenser (10) 4) a thermostatic expansion valve (12) whereof a bulb (14) is connected to a coolant outlet (8) of the evaporator (7); and 5) integrating control circuit (15) for the thermostatic expansion valve (12) comprising: a liquid-sensitive sensor (28) placed in the cooling cycle (6) for direct contact with coolant and connected via a voltage source (29) to a heating element (27) with which the bulb (14) can be heated, and to a thermostatic expansion valve (12) therefor.
