The center is designed to remote monitor and control the frequency and output of the generator. The center comprises; a mother monitoring apparatus detecting the generator (3) fault and taking the control command; a local monitoring system (2) receiving the command from the mother monitoring system and transmitting the the operation status to the mother monitoring system; a remote control center (1) to control the generator operation after detecting the local monitoring and utility status; a distribution system supplying the good quality power to the local load.
