A modular building assembly (10) formed from pie-shaped modules, the assembly comprising a metal framework of folded metal frame members formed as pie-shaped roof modules (13) forming a roof assembly, pie-shaped floor modules (11) forming a floor assembly, the roof assembly, a floor assembly being interconnected by wall frame modules (12) and the modules being externally clad to form the building assembly (10).
