a combustion efficiency step of calculating the liquid amount and air amount according to the selection driving level; a temperature detecting step of detecting the temperature of a burner by a burner thermistor; a temperature comparing step of comparing if the detected temperature reaches a predetermined temperature; a compulsory hard-driving step of performing a compulsory hard-driving simultaneously with driving of a burner heater until the temperature reaches a predetermined level if the burner temperature does not reach a fixed temperature in the temperature comparing step; an un-burnt gas density sensing step of driving the burner heater until the density of the un-burnt gas is sensed by a combustion gas sensor below a predetermined density; and driving step of performing the selected driving level by mixing the calculated liquid amount and the air amount.
