RECONSTITUTED HUMAN ANTIBODY AGAINST HUMAN MEDULLOBLASTOMATOUS CELL

A reconstituted antibody against a human medulloblastomatous cell, comprising (A) an L chain composed of (1) a C region of a human L chain and (2) a V region of an L chain comprising a human L-chain FR and an L-chain CDR of a mouse monoclonal antibody ONS-M21 against a human medulloblastomatous cell, and (B) an H chain composed of (1) a C region of a human H chain and (2) a V region of an H chain comprising a human H-chain FR and an H-chain CDR of a mouse monoclonal antibody ONS-M21 against a human medulloblastomatous cell. The major part of this reconstituted antibody originates in a human antibody and the mouse CDR has a low antigenicity. Therefore this antibody is reduced in the antigenicity against humans and hence is prospective as a remedy and diagnostic agent for brain tumor, such as medulloblastoma, which expresses to a high level the antigens which this antibody recognizes.
