<p>The method uses a wood fibre body (2) having a front and a rear side (4,6), and a first high pressure laminate layer (16) is incorporated which is applied over the complete rear side of the body and over a part of its front side. A frame (20) is arranged on and connected with the front side of the wood fibre body along parts of which on which the first high pressure laminate layer is not applied. The frame has a wood fibre core (19,23) on whose side directed outwards from the body the first high pressure laminate layer is applied. The first high pressure laminate layer is glued to the wood fibre body front and rear side. The first high pressure laminate layer is also glued to the frame. The frame is glued to the wood fibre body and all the parts forming the hatch are pressed against one another.</p> |
