PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum injection molding apparatus in which a cost of the vacuum injection molding apparatus is significantly reduced by making a housing chamber of a metal mold that performs injection molding in a vacuum state become a downsized vacuum frame, and metal mold replacement and maintenance work can be performed safely and easily.SOLUTION: A vacuum injection molding apparatus includes: a fixed plate 2; a movable plate 3 which is movable along tie bars 7 provided while being connected with the fixed plate 2; a vacuum frame 4 which is constituted movably between a first position and a second position via a cylinder 24 along a guide bar 21 provided for the fixed plate 2, moves the movable plate 3 to the second position in the state where one metal mold and the other metal mold are abutted to each other, and surrounds between the fixed plate 2 and the movable plate 3 including the tie bars 7 in an airtight state; an evacuating mechanism 5 which evacuates the inside of the vacuum frame 4 including the inside of a cavity of the metal mold; and an injection unit which injects a molding material into an evacuated metal mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
