PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of being easily mounted on a luminaire compatible with a design-changed luminaire.SOLUTION: A flexible base plate 1 includes: plural electrodes 2 formed thereon; a surface film 6 formed over the electrodes 2; and an LED 3 mounted on the surface film 6. The LED 3 is electrically connected to the electrodes 2 via holes formed in the surface film 6. The electrode 2 is formed from one end to the other end of a segmented flexible base plate 1 in the long flexible base plate 1 mounted with plural LEDs 3. A power supply is connected to an electrode 2 which is not covered with the surface film 6 and is exposed at any one end of the flexible base plate 1. |
