Characteristics of normal steels, used for producing rails, holding rails and mobile railway device could be improved by adding of small amount of tellurium. It will increase abrasion resistance and improve mechanical characteristics in cross direction. Same is for steel with contents of oxygen less than 0.0015 % of weight and with contents of sulphur to 0.007 % of weight.
