The mechanical converter, i.e. power amplifier contains a main body, a power take-off shaft, a driven shaft, pinions, a tooth quadrant, and a body with the possibility of movement, according to the invention the body is hollow, all-in-one-piece or formed by rigidly secured cone-shaped parts, with an end face cover hingedly installed from internal or external side on larger end face of the body, the converter has a lever, in ball-and hinge manner passed through the end face cover in the body cavity, and by one end joined through a spline or a hinge with the power take-off shaft made in the form of a cardan drive or a hinge of equal angular speeds, wherein at the first end of power take-off shaft the shaft pinions are mounted, engaged with the tooth quadrant that comprises at least two toothed rims made in the form of rings or half-rings of different diameters, rigidly installed in the body cavity at different levels, and the second end of power take-off shaft by spline is joined with the driven shaft, and is hingedly passed through free installed movable lever to control the output power and torque. The length of the external part of the lever exceeds the lever length with power take-off shaft to the place of joint of the cardan drive or hinge of equal angular speeds, arranged in the body cavity side. |
