Between the bed posts (5) is a gable plane (12,13) pivotably fitted in relation to a bottom tube (10) in the bed base. The gable plane is formed as a releasable gable (11) which can be dropped outwards and downwards, forming a plane sloping from the bed and downwards towards the floor. Along the plane a patient in an emergency situation can be drawn down onto the floor, or the plane can be used as a bed extension. |
