The system is designed for an automatic mass production of good quality noodle. The system includes : a compression unit section (10) having a hopper (11), screws (14, 14') and a compression chamber (15); a noodle stick forming unit section (20) having a rotary drum (21), noodle stick grooves (22) a noodle escape cutter (23) and a conveyor guide roller (25); an extension unit section (30) having rollers (31, 32, 33); a noodle stick rotation unit section (40) having a rotary tank (41) and a penetration hole (41a); and a noodle stick cutting unit section (50) having a belt (51a), a belt conveyor (51) and a rotary cutting blade (52).
