An arrangement for treating liquids using the capillary principle, comprises grooves for sepn. purposes. Heat is supplied which enables the water circulating in the capillary system to be distilled. The residue is removed and the distillate is sepd.. The cover pref. allows heat to penetrate, after which the liq. condenses.
