FIELD: manufacture of building materials; cooling of loose materials, cement clinker in particular. SUBSTANCE: rotary cooler for forced supply of cooling air under layer of material has drum with fire bars and air supply duct. Fire bars are made in form of saddle with free ends; they are located inside drum over concentric circle and are connected with drum by means of radial partitions over its entire length. Drum is provided with ports at points where air is supplied; these ports are located in hermetic casing; air supply gas duct is provided with overlapping seal. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cooling due to supply of cooling air under layer of material over entire length of drum of rotary cooler. 2 dwg |
