Provided are an organic light-emitting diode substrate and a preparation method therefor, which falls within the technical field of the preparation of organic light-emitting diodes, and can solve the problem of the difficulty in removing an organic film layer in an edge region in the existing preparation process of a light-emitting diode substrate. The above-mentioned organic light-emitting diode substrate comprises a display region (11) and an edge region (12) located outside the display region (11), an organic film layer (4) formed from an ink layer by curing is arranged in the display region (11), and the edge region (12) comprises an exposure region without the organic film layer (4); and the organic light-emitting diode substrate further comprises a shielding structure which is located in the edge region (12) and which is used for preventing the ink layer from contacting the surface of the exposure region. |
