A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a top emission AMOLED display sub-panel (1), an always-white mode reflective display sub-panel (2) which is arranged on the AMOLED display sub-panel (1), and a switching element which enables the top emission AMOLED display sub-panel (1) and disables the always-white mode reflective display sub-panel (2) according to a received first instruction, and enables the always-white mode reflective display sub-panel (2) and disables the top emission AMOLED display sub-panel (1) according to a received second instruction. Forming the always-white mode reflective display sub-panel (2) on the top emission AMOLED display sub-panel (1) can switch to the always-white mode reflective display sub-panel (2), so as to realize a good display effect under strong light, or switch to the top emission AMOLED display sub-panel (1), so as to watch colourful content on an operation face. The display panel and the corresponding display apparatus are easy to operate and have simple structures. |
