The seat is supported by the front end of the bracket in a first transverse pivot axis. A support member is supported in the central portion of the bracket by a second transverse pivot axis and extends below the seat up to the back rest which is carried by the support member. The support member is resiliently supported by the column and/or the bracket. The rear end portion of the seat is shiftably supported by the support member. |
