The invention discloses compounds of general formula (I) in which X represents an atom of hydrogen or of chlorine or of a methyl group, trifluoromethyl or methoxy; R1 represents a methyl group; R2 and R3 each represent an atom of hydrogen or an alkyl group, or form, with the nitrogen atom, a pyrrolidinyl ring; and R4 represents a furan-2-yl, thien-2-yl, thien-3 yl or 5-methyl-thien-3-yl. It is applicable in therapeutics.
