FIELD: antenna equipment, omnidirectional transmitting-receiving antenna in systems of mobile radio communication. SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical coaxial dipole includes two metal cylinders 1 mounted uniaxially with dielectric gap and metal rod 2 coaxially positioned in their internal cavity. Section of two-wire line 3 connected with lower end to coaxial feeder 4 and with one wire of upper end to metal rod and the other wire - to external surface of metal cylinder through hole in it is additionally mounted in upper metal cylinder. Maximum value of directivity in vertical plane with simultaneous achievement of high level of matching are obtained by selection of geometric dimensions of dipole.
