Mild reductive bleaching agent for fibre especially hair dyed with oxidative dye

Agent for reductive bleaching of fibres, especially hair, dyed with oxidation dyes contains 1-50 wt.% reductone. Also claimed are: (a) a method reductive bleaching of fibres, especially hair, dyed with oxidation dyes; and (b) a multi-component kit for dyeing and bleaching fibres, especially hair. Preferably the reductone is (iso)ascorbic acid or their salts or esters, hydroxypropandial and/or 2,3-dihydroxy-2-cyclopenten-1-one. Alkali(ne earth) (iso)ascorbates, 6-o-palmitoyl ascorbate and (iso)ascorbic acid formed in situ from alkali(ne earth) (iso)ascorbates and an acid are especially suitable. The agent is a solution, emulsion, foam, cream, gel, powder, granulate or effervescent tablet. It has a pH of 1.8-6.
