发明名称 METHOD OF MAGNETORHEOLOGIC FORMING AND POLISHING OF SURFACE WITH IRREGULAR SHAPE
摘要 The invention relates to the methods of the surface treatment by grinding or polishing, in particular to the methods of magnetorheologic forming and polishing of the surface with irregular shape, and can be used in production of optical components, microelectronic products, precision mechanics elements, biological prosthesis interfaces, jewellery etc. The known method of magnetorheologic forming and polishing of surface with irregular shape comprises acquisition of data on error of initial shape of treated surface, acquisition of data on function of material removal from the treated surface by magnetorheologic liquid in region of polishing spot formation, formation of program code for a polishing machine with numeric control, further formation and polishing by the magnetorheologic liquid supply on moving surface of the polishing tool in clearance between its and treated surface with magnetic field application. According to the disclosed method the operation of formation and polishing of the treated surface are performed separately. For this purpose first the quality control of the made operation of the treated surface forming is made, and if further surface correction is necessary a new program code if formed, and forming is repeated until achievement of the target shape of the treated surface, whereupon final polishing of the treated surface is performed. Moreover, the magnetorheologic liquids with different composition are used for forming and polishing, and forming quality control is performed by contact method.
