Frame construction with hinged window frame

The sealing devices on both jambs of the frame extend outwards from its under side and work in conjunction with the abutting part of the window frame. The sealing devices are so arranged that by displacement of the frame in relation to the window frame over at least 0.5 mm they seal effectively with the window frame part. The seal between the upper side of the frame and the window frame is such that such a displacement of the frame produces a ventilation gap (12) between the frame and the window frame. The displacement is between 1.0 and 2.0 cm. The sealing device work in conjunction with a surface extending from the window frame vertically to the movement direction of the frame. The sealing devices comprise brush components.
