The system includes an optical sensor (3), e.g. CCD camera, assigned to the target (2), for the non-contact determination of an electronic image of the target, and the preparation of corresponding image data. From the image data, an evaluation unit (4) produces an indicatable video of the target, or a shot measurement by determining the position of a bullet hole relative to the center of the target, carried out from the data and gives the position or positions, as indicatable evaluation data.
