PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airflow type drying device capable of reducing a moisture content of obtained dry food in comparison with an airflow-type drying device not including a truncated cone-shaped portion provided with a discharge port for discharging gas and a dried object on an upper base, on both of a top face and a bottom face inside of a hollow cylindrical casing.SOLUTION: An airflow type drying device 10 includes a hollow cylindrical casing 12, an airflow nozzle 14 disposed on a side face of the casing 12 and discharging heated gas into the casing 12, a material supply port 16 formed on an upper face, a lower face or a side face of the casing 12 for supplying a dried object into the casing 12, a truncated cone-shaped portion 20 disposed on the upper face or the lower face inside of the casing 12, and a discharge port 18 formed on an upper base of the truncated cone-shaped portion 20, for discharging gas and a dried object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
