Device for decoding video includes a receiver which parses from a bit stream to obtain information on method of determining group of pixels to be compensated, and compensation values; band compensation unit, which, if group of pixels to be compensated, is determined in accordance with bands based on information on method of determining group of pixels to be compensated, applies compensation values in accordance with pixel bands to one or more pixels corresponding to said pixel bands in current unit; and a limiting value level compensation unit which, if group of pixels to be compensated, is determined in accordance with limit value levels based on information on method of determining group of pixels to be compensated, applies compensation values in accordance with limit value levels to one or more pixels corresponding to said limit value levels in current unit.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of reconstructed image.1 cl, 22 dwg, 2 tbl |
